The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and accommodating, it was fairly clean and huge venue. I stayed in the room that was n't cleaned as in the floors and available with a fantastic view and big windows, as for instance. Overall great location for everything I wanted. Also, the area was great!

The view to the city is good, the room is comfy and accommodating. A sitting area and a couch are available. The location is remote, near to Super close to downtown as well as restaurants, bars and shops. River Arts is a district that deserves exploring.
The bathrooms are horrible.

The hotel is fairly clean, has views of the mountains. The location of the property in Asheville is great and stunning, close enough to the Thomas Wolfe Auditorium and downtown Asheville, the center for restaurants, bars and shops and many restaurants and breweries. River Arts district certainly deserves to be visited. The rooftop bar is nice.

The room was carpeted & exceptionally clean, came with a beautiful view, a balcony, a spacious bathroom. The location was great, to the bars, in the busy area. River Arts district was worth staying in.
